China's natural bamboo health products such as bamboo shoots and bamboo mushrooms are highly favored by the international market. China's bamboo resource cultivation and processing utilization technology leads the world and occupies a pivotal position in the global bamboo industry. At present, China's bamboo industry has formed a promising and dynamic emerging industry from resource cultivation, processing and utilization to export trade, and then to bamboo industry ecotourism. At present, nearly 40 counties (cities, districts) in the province have a bamboo industry output value exceeding 100 million yuan.
